LASER CUTTING SERVICES

Read about our laser cutting services here. Send us your 2D vector file: .dwg, dxf, .ai or .3dm.  Our laser cutting bed is 18" X 32" (45.72 cm X 81.28 cm). We can cut materials up to 1/2" thick, and we can etch onto materials that are up to 3" thick. Layers and line colors should should be organized by color/name like this:

BLACK = Cut; RED = Score; BLUE = Layout

Please draw 18"×32" layout boxes around each cut sheet. Label each cut sheet with an identifying number, and add digital text to indicate the material and thickness. Save and name your file with your last name or company name and the date (for example: fuseproject_6-25-2014.3dm). The price is based on cut time, material and associated setup costs. We are happy to organize your file for you for an additional fee.

CNC MILLING SERVICES

Read about our CNC milling services here. Send us your 2D or 3D digital file.  Please include dimensions, material thickness, material finishes, project timeline and other project details. You might also send us renderings or images of similar projects that you think will help us understand your design and fabrication intent.

3D PRINTING SERVICES

Read about our 3D printing services here. Send us your 3D digital file: .obj, .stl and .3dm.  Please be sure that your 3D model is made of closed curves i.e. "water-tight" and that surfaces/meshes are normal.
